What a piece of work she is. She won't pay the dues but enjoys the benefits including getting her garbarge picked up, streets taken care of, water. Yea she's great! It is people like her that means that Las Conchas doesn't have enough money but the members want more including those that don't pay.

RP Times has about half a dozen locations in Phoenix/Scottsdale where you can pick it up I have picked up both at the Seaside Reservations office at Tatum and T Bird

I took a trip from Laredo down to Acapolco once on te tran. We went for two weeks. Got off and on at various towns and cities. One of the safest and best trips I have ever taken. Food was good, sleeping car small but very clean. Would love another train trip.

I understand that FMI is a much better company to rent from than the big two (Seaside and Oceano) Less inventory but less hidden costs and nicer people. They have condos and houses. I used to prefer rentng houses to condos.
