    Encanto has a gringo resident, Rhonda, who runs a water service with 2 trucks (Ranas del Mar H20), mostly servicing Encanto, Portales, LaJolla, and the others down to the estuary She's very dependable compared to a couple other Mexican trucks that come through there.

First, your inverter has to be capable to sell back to the grid. or at least have ability to upgrade it by adding a circuit board made to sell back to the grid (that's what I did). In addition, you need a sufficient amount of panels ( don't ask me what the minimum is)...

    Liquid bleach dissipates almost immediately. Better off using a pool chlorine tab or better yet bromine tab ( less odor).

    I have stayed at Las Palmas and Sirena several years ago b4 obtaining my house in Encanto. Both are very enjoyable. Stayed at Palomas and not a favorite of ours.
