On the reef off of Encanto I have caught Triggers (some very nice size), Rock bass, small flounder, and small Groupers. A neighbor caught a nice 42" WSB a few years back out there also.

Totally agree, much more dependable.

In how! Funny, I was just at my casa this past weekend and although I really need binoculars to see much down that way, I didn't see anything going on with the naked eye. I went by there on my boat back in January and it just looked like a rusting metal skeleton then, so I still don't get how...

I didn't hear that any litigation settlements had taken place already. It was projected to take upwards of 25 years for rulings to occur. I for one would stay away from anything on North Beach given it's history.

I saw that Henrys silicone product at Lowes the other day, but at 3 times the price I wasn't about to experiment with it. Would of cost me $1000+ in material just to do my roof. Plus I believe once you use silicone there is no going back.
