I too love the atmosphere- never cared for LapaLapa's food, but the building is fantastic. So hopefully it makes it, especially with Spring Break coming up.

Jerry, can't wait until the Sasabe road is paved- is it going to go through Saric, or go west on the current "deluxe" dirt toll road? My husband took that road over Thanksgiving, and warned me not to take it.

Borrascoso means stormy, so possibly there was a storm causing it to sink. Sorry to see this.

Blue Marlin smoke the fish for a few days, so his are not grilled, but are smoked and preserved.

Jose made one of the best Margherita Pizza's I've had. Only tried it once- didn't want to disappoint from perfection! I think he said he learned at a restaurant in Phoenix near 40th Street and Campbell- my old neighborhood.

He also hosts "The Desert Speaks" on PBS in Tucson. That's a great show, mostly on the Sonoran Desert, but many shows have been on Central Mexico as well.[/COLOR]
