I couldn't agree more RPLarry. Those of us who have been on this forum for years know how many times "Happy" has agreed to change his ways, and every time, it seems we have to put up with his worthless verbal diarrhea and tildas (it just seems this time, he tried fooling us w/out the tildas)...

Already have Rastra, so we're good on efficiency, just need stucco patching on the cement cornices and fireplace, along with some block walls.

Yep, me too- I think the stucco did not have enough cement. Didn't help being on the beach as well- 14 years takes it toll!

I like a smooth finish- not the one w/ the sand showing. I don't know what's that's called, but it's more common in Phoenix and Tucson.

Last year, I left my purse in Tucson, got down to Penasco before I realized I didn't have it. My hubby gave his passport at crossing coming back home- I gave my name, explained what happened, and got through. I don't recommend it, but it can happen.

Hi, there were 2 areas with rain puddling, but we were able to get out by driving on the shoulder.
