In regards to the $5 fee collected at one of the meetings, I believe the money was donated to back-end employees that had not been paid at the time. I also believe this was made clear prior to the meeting and at the entrance to the meeting. Either way it was not my idea or one I carried- a different set of owners took the batton on that one.

Sure Ernesto, whatever you say. At this point you are just throwing random accusations with no substance. Everytime the point is made that the resort will have a new rental operator or a new HOA administrator, you find a way to disagree with it. No one is trying to be a savior. You just have some owners that want to improve the project and make sure that regulations are enforced by the time the next operator gets involved. I know you think you have an army of owners upset that they can't break the rental rules anymore- unfotunately as you can tell by the last assembly that most owners don't think like you and most are supportive of the 20 or so individual owners that are volunteering their time in order to resolve the various issues that affect the community. Even when progress is made, you find a way to be upset because you can't rent your unit as you please. We have gone over so many times what has happened in the past, the need to correct the problem with a new operator and hoa administrator, and the need to resolve the debt owed. Yet, you are still upset. Deep down we know that you are really upset you can't rent your unit as you please- I get it.
