Last year when driving down on a Friday night, we heard KOHN 91.9 broadcast a high school football game- Warriors vs. Braves We loved it! "Quarterback throws the ball, but there was no one there to catch it." Anywhere else it would be called an incomplete pass!

Wow, Mexico Joe and I agree! I can't believe how close jet skis come when I'm out swimming in the water. Usually I'll cut my swim short rather than risk my life. I don't understand it- there are MILES of water out there, so why do they have to go so close to shore ruining it for us swimmers...

All I know is I haven't seen so many cars/RVs coming down in Years! They're going somewhere...

We took our brother-in-law and his wife from New York to Penasco this weekend. They were told by people in Arizona not to go and how dangerous it is. As we were sitting on the beach, not seeing anyone for miles in either directions, I asked them if they were afraid. They just laughed

There is another bus trip from Tucson planned that weekend for Cinco de Mayo- same group, KVOI, that brought a bus for Taste of Penasco. Should be a fun event.

Our city tax went down from last year- this year was $2800 pesos.

Jerry, we had a raccoon who was trying to get into our attic, so my husband trapped him, took him from 1st and Orange Grove to Silverbell Park in Tucson (about 10 miles). 3 days later- He's Baaaack.

Does anyone know if there are advantages when you are a permanent resident- i.e. Do you still have to have a Fideicomiso, or can you have title to your house?
