have seen the rattlesnake tequila before, never had the urge to try it. we did try the mota tequila once - just horrible tasting, and couldn't tell if it had any other qualities because the taste was so bad.

Stuart - that's quite the assortment, and as much as I have tried, some of your list I have never heard of, let alone taste. I can vouch for the quality of the casa noble - very good stuff.

resurrecting the closed rv parks along the Mirador would be nice - such a great beach. people may not want condos right now, but us folks with motorhomes and trailers still want nice places to park them, and are willing to pay for it.

we talk about quitting smoking - have yet to stop. we never smoke at work, only on our own time, but still know that it's the worst habit we have. smoke and a beer, they just go well together dammit.

thanks Chari - found out the Mirador is planning on tearing down the last of those great beach-front units to build a restaurant later this year. so much for the first place in RP I ever...... had a barbeque on the beach. looking forward to meeting everyone later this fall.

can someone down there in RP please help me out? we stay at Playa de Oro in our rv when we come down, and have in the past reserved one of the beach-front units at the Mirador also. they will not reply to me - Are they still renting out those last 2 beach-front units? if someone could check for...
