Will do, Rosie. I think you guys all must drive a lot faster than Mr. Huerita and I do. It takes us about 4 hours to get there from Phoenix or Tucson. I'm starting to feel like an old fart, LOL. :boat:

What's going on in Penasco, some bits and pieces. ( a little long)

Oh yeah, I remember that now. Thanks migallon. I think it's called Puerto Mío, designed by the Metropoli Architecture Group in Mexico City. I'll have to do some research on that (I actually like doing research-- there's probably something wrong with me. Aside from the obvious, that is, LOL)...

I'll run it tomorrow (Wednesday), Rosie. By any chance do you have some sort of image/picture that could accompany it for that extra added bit of visual interest?

Roberto, that construction by the harbor, the national chain, could it be Holiday Inn you were thinking of? I keep hearing that one was supposed to be going in somewhere in PP but never could get any specifics about it.

Another place for great chicken is El Pollo Papago near the NW corner of Benito Juarez and Constitucion. You get a baked potato with your chicken there. Eat in or take out. The owner is a fellow named Martin, you couldn't meet a nicer guy.

    Sunrise, Sunset, Sea of Cortez

Wow Stuart! That picture and your description of a night on the Sea of Cortez just blow me away! Thanks gazillions! Wonderful! I remember back in the late 80's I was living at Cabo Bello, outside of Cabo San Lucas, just as the town was beginning to build up. It was dark like that then at Cabo...

    Today is an Anniversary

Totally off topic, but since there is no heading for off topic discussions I'm putting this here even though it has nothing to do with Mexico. I'm quoting from someone else's story, who wrote about it better than I could. I hope you all don't mind; it's been on my mind this morning... I have...
