Thanks to the new airport, RP is now the new vacation spot for the narco gangs. I guess if you cant attract Americans you might as well attract the other faction that has a few extra bucks to spend.

Ehh, I am not sure what all the fuss is. I look at the bright side, my next condo rental will be even cheaper, the harbor just a little less crowded and the wait at the border will be just a little shorter. Life is getting better in RP!

On the way back from RP in Sonoita, I like stopping at a tortilla shop that is on the shortcut route. It is right across the street from a tiny convenience store just east of the ice house. We load up and they freeze real well so they do not get stale on you. They look to be a real clean outfit...

I think trigger fish is much like Sierra. If it is not fresh, you might as well feed the cats with it. The last few times, I pulled out some frozen trigger to eat, I could not get past the pungent fishy smell to even bother cooking it. I keep my fish in a water/ice solution so it was not like...

Well Gary, I really do not like them much either but I just take it as a part of the atmosphere of Sandy Beach. They were pretty much non-existent last week. If you want a quiet time on the beach, I would recommend las Conchas or one of the other beaches down south. It is quite peaceful down...

Great report! I am here now for the week. Yesterday the water was great. Went South for a mixed bag of GSB, sardineros and Pinto Bass.

I can't help but wonder if it is deemed busier simply because all three AZ Universities are having Spring Break this week. Typicall they never tend to have them on the same week.
