Yep, just north of the Sinaloa border there are huge raised chicken farms everywhere and in the late summer the fields are covered in marigolds. That gets put into the feed.

Great report. Yes the yellow chicken is superior. The chickens are fed marigolds which enhances the flavor of the meat naturally. I have heard that Super Let is starting to also sell the bleached white chickes so common north of the border....I would never buy that.
