Today I walked to the water at 9AM and it was reading 74 degrees, humm? still didn't feel California July cold at all.

I was checking the temp while standing in a foot of water, 83 or 84 it's still warm. I'll check tomorrow at the same place and report.

I saw 4 local's fishing on the rocks during high tide around sunset last night for 1 hour, they broght in 1 fish. I spoke to my project guy and he said for the past 2-3 weeks he's caught a few Corvina on the rocks east of my place at Pinto Point.
