We work from las conchas as well and got fed up with lack of internet and inability to dial into conference calls, etc We pulled the trigger on satellite internet and love it! So happy with the switch

The fish we received in the restaurants last week was not the usual thin flounder. We asked the waiter. He said flounder was too expensive right now. the fillets were thicker not as wide and frankly tastier. Probably Hake?

The road was too muddy in las conchas yesterday to get out and go to the Taste of Penasco. Looks like we will be home bound again today. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday!

The cost to maintain the place is split 8 ways but is still expensive. less so if you use it every time, more so if you dont

BTW, why are you buying 100% of a condo that you can (but dont) use every day versus an 1/8 share in a 3000sf+ home on the beach in some place like las conchas that you can use every 8 weeks. We love that model. Have been down over 60 times in the last decade.... Just curious, not critical...
