Real estate DOES work in Mexico, it's just different, if you can't stomach it you should buy in California or Florida , if you can afford it. I don't miss what we had down there in the 90's.

I pay about $22 a month for a landline and internet in Las Conchas. You get what you pay for, frequent rebooting , impossible streaming on busy weekends, slow speeds. I have seen megacable and it's way better, just not available in LC .
