Nope ! As far as I can tell they are "Dormant". Odds are that land will never be cleared to sell. Were the North Beach Law suits ever settled...
I understand they are one by one, hunting down the real estate agents ,crooked O'Lawyers and exMayors and sleaze ball brothers,Spanish con end etc....killing them and roasting them on a piece of rebar from the tower each summer solsticeThe unfinished condo is another example of why it is a good idea to buy a finished product. I wonder how many people lost their shirts on that one? Sometimes there are people staying in one of the partially finished ground floor units. They must have a generator or solar because it is lit up at night. Maybe they were one of the victims.
I remember seeing them on the huge trailers as they made their way up. They were huge and so heavy that they could not cross any of the little bridges or culverts so they cut a road around through each arroyo. You could see, and maybe still see, the overnight stop areas they cut along the roadway as they could only make a few miles a day. I had some pics of them up there but.......Jerry must have stolen them !!I was there and took this pic View attachment 6180
Hmmm, good to know if I ever get invited for carne asada down there.I understand they are one by one, hunting down the real estate agents ,crooked O'Lawyers and exMayors and sleaze ball brothers,Spanish con end etc....killing them and roasting them on a piece of rebar from the tower each summer solstice
I think they are just squatters living there. The unfinished condo is another example of why it is a good idea to buy a finished product. I wonder how many people lost their shirts on that one? Terry get a picture....I have seen the guy setting on HIS balcony. Rather large white guy was drinking beer and waved at us. The one unit is all painted in and out. I didn't hear a generator running. Nice car he had parked in what I assume would of been the lobby.
