Isnt that Asadero Guss?
Just don't tell them that's tongue, head, and intestines! :lobster:Ther are lot's of other great taco's in town also, that nobody talks about, taco's de lengua, taco's de cabeza, taco's de ostion, taco's de chicharon, taco's de aguacate, taco's de tripitas, taco's de raja de chile con crema and taco's de calabacita's. The oyster tacos were delicious, chopped oyster's sauteed in a small amount of butter, seasoned with a little salt and diced garlic on a corn tortilla, with salsa, simple.
And pig skins and almost forgot sheep brain tacos. Everything is good if its prepped the right way.Just don't tell them that's tongue, head, and intestines! :lobster:

Do you remember going to the train station in the middle of the night when the train came in in order to get tacos? Only place that was available in those days. The vendors would have everything set up as the train came in - people would lean out of the windows with their pesos. Once they had potato tacos that were wonderful - I think they were either 5 or 10 pesos. The best tacos was the Asadero Sonora by the train station. They also had the best beans...... I watched them build that place in 1976. I am so bummed that they are no more and the owner is now dead
When I hooked it up, I didn't notice I had it upside down and it about blew the wall's off the thing. I had to put a couple more nails in it.No wonder you had to put the fan in the outhouse!
You sure that was the fan that almost blew the walls off the thing or was it the tacos? When I hooked it up, I didn't notice I had it upside down and it about blew the wall's off the thing. I had to put a couple more nails in it.
