My neighbor received a letter with this article in it from this guys bro, He helped the guy when he came out of the mountains behind his ranch about 5 years ago.Instead of turning "the illegal" in he hydrated him and gave him a ride to Phoenix.it is an american story

Great story but if you come here illegally without papers. You are still breaking the laws of this country. I love Mexico and the people down there but I love the United States as well. I would have made sure that INS or Border patrol was called and the suspect was dealt with according to the letters of the law.

A question...according to the article, he had "his papers in order".....so is it saying that he was "legal" now?
