no Gv, I think it should stay open for the drip drip drip of bad news.....Perro, I spoke with the biologists per the leaderships suggestion.They hate the damn thing and think it and the dredging that will have to occur over and over will be very damaging.They fought the Marina in the 90s and believe this is worse..Leadership cannot talk about it themselves do to the political pressure. Remember your las Conchas grifter real estate buddies tried to blade Cedo down in the mid 2000's after all....scared them to silence

Yeah I recall the incident, you can say the son was not as generous as the father, kid sure made a mess of that area, was a beautiful view from the road passing the osprey nest. Well i'm done with these homeport treads as far as i'm concerned, plenty of pics and updates coming from people that live it and believe it.
What's you going to do with your fishing pad? Museum maybe!

Yea we will see what happens.....I am in the process of doing something that will be pretty cool.....I may be a hater but still building stuff unlike the real estate flippers....worthless souls

Ok here is a typical RP flipper deal I just stopped a elderly lady from being suckered in ...... Out of state relative needs to sell after death.The flipper pretends to be multiple people and tries to shake up the seller with horror stories.Then sweeps in as a good guy offering 40% of price,10 year note almost no money down.Not sure of all the details but think my butting in was the reason for the calls I started getting threats.
. It is a fixed game down here besides things like this too.....listing shenanigans galore....

I now that a cruise ship now goes to Guymas but which line will com to Penasco? I also heard the Guymas is just a stop so noone is boarding there or ending there. They are just there for the afternoon.

Guaymas is from my understanding where "the ships" will be fueling. Already has the infrastructure set up .There where originally 15 stops but down to 7 possible at the moment.
