The Homeport...A reason a week it is a bad idea

"I hope that next year could be, but it will depend very much also that resources are not cut out for this project that is so important to the northwest of the country, it is not just for Sonora" he said.

This is big and before more booster poo gets flung my way keep in mind this statement is from the Sonoran head of tourism who sees the writing on the wall.

Still think all is well Perro?
I suggest it's less than smart or wise to throw around libel or slander of any leader, much less the Governor of a powerful state in a foreign country. I'd say he might just have sufficient power to deal harshly with a foreigner who has something to lose in Mexico and who vehemently opposes a state project like the Homeport. A Tucson lawyer friend says truth is not a defence in Mexico. I've already heard about this from local Mexicans. I recommend a retraction and apology be published inmediatamente. We don't need one of our own in trouble.

Anyways after this and a threat from A realtor type to have me killed I think I will stop here. The fact the the Sonoran Tourism officials are worried the funding may be pulled is good news to the many American real estate owners whose quality of life in Rocky Point will be damaged by this garbage collecting nightmare..,sooner the better is our best hope

Hill you can take a Diamond & turn it into a turd in no time flat. Nothing sad or funny about 12 million monthly being spread around the region. A large % of PP residents have relatives living in the region so the $ being spread around on a continuous basis over a long term will be positive. However many direct jobs are created will be a nice boost for those individuals & their families. Wealthy Mexican Nationals that never visited the Sea if Cortez will take a cruise & many will return to PP for future vacations with their families friends bringing more positive financial impact to PP. All in all the young generation of kids living in PP will grow up in a much better city offering greater economic opportunity for their futures due to the new Home Port. That is a fact & the MX Fed Gov. Plan. It's called "vision ".

Well, I hope that how it turns out, I am just a bit more pessimistic than that.
I actually have never said anything but that. If its going to happen I hope it helps the native, poor, have not but a shack held together with rope residents of PP. You know the ones that you probably have never seen....
By the way, how about a link to the documentation that guarantees this. And the projections based on your guarantee. Seeing how this kind of venture has never failed before. I can't believe I have been so blind as to the overwhelming success awaiting the peoples of PP.

Your sarcasm is getting better Hill, but it could still use a little more work. Practice, practice practice.:D
I almost didn't reply to it, I mean how many times can you play a broken record before you give up on it...

Not sure what being a conservative has to do with the Home Port, Heelbearto. No vomiting necessary- let's stick with the facts and keep politics (Conservative) and Religion (Mormonism) out of the conversation. That belongs in Rants and Raves (which I don't go to) and is no way to debate!

Sticking to facts, well that doesn't always work now does it? ;)
