Check out the video below for a compilation we put together from USAC/CRA action at Perris and the World of Outlaws at the Tulare Thunderbowl to start 2013:

Great video! Really shows the tremendous amount of horsepower the motors put out and how unpredictable the cars can be. Also shows how crazy you have to be to drive one! When I was a kid my mom came out of the grandstands and told my dad to get out of the car and hire a driver or she would divorce him.

That was the King, Steve Kinser in the winged car taking that bad tumble. I don't know how many more the old man can take like that, and thank God it wasn't a non wing car or he'd still be airborn.

Heres a picture from last weekend as I was handing out some of the $ we collected for a friend and a big sprint car supported who recently passed away, Don Flanders. We collected $1400 to pass out at the opening of a new Unlimited Sprint car series in S Cali that he helped get started, the URA, as he would have done if he would have been able. Seth Wilson, $400 for the "hard luck" award.

Pretty cool thing you guys did with the fundraising. That's the kind of stuff guys don't forget. Saw Kinser at the start of the video but didn't realize he was the one going for a ride. Right at the end when the front of the car slammed down it really did a job on his neck. Do any of the drivers use a hans device? Decided to head down to Casa Grande for the show Saturday night. Hope the track is in good shape.

Some use them and they are required with USAC, but like the hard head he is, Kinser doesn't.

Just hope the wind doesn't come up because as you know, it dry's out the track faster than the heat. Have fun!

I remember when the Manzy Girls poured sugar down Sammy’s tank at one of the WOO races. Sammy looks as old as Steve now.
