Nice 2 br. Just about finished at Santo Tomas.Only one crew working these days so building is a bit slow.After this one the Penthouse is geting painted and landscaped. The deal of the place is the one remaining condo.115k would get it done as cash is king these days. Underground utilities,big lots and water you can drink from the tap with the bonus of a fishing camp a mile south...no flies but fresh fish if you Atv down when nothing is biting on the beach...Also 40 minutes from launch at Puertp Lobos
