Our GD is headed down - again - this weekend and figured out that it is more cost effective to buy car insurance by the year rather then the trip (Take that Media!!!). Anyway, all it took was a call to Rosie. We had originally suggested to the family to use Rosie for their insurance, the main reason being that if anything did happen she would be there for them. Actually Rosie would be there for them even if they didn't buy insurance from her 
So now she represents 3 generations of us.
We've been in insurance for decades in the States and one of the things we always knew was that your agent was very important as almost all of them had access to the major insurance companies. You wanted someone who represented you - who cared about your concerns - who would be there for you. Someone who becomes a friend as well as an agent.
I just wanted to make a public thank you to Rosie for all she has done in looking after our family and for all that she does daily in looking out for the tourists and expats that love Penasco. She is a wonderful representative of Penasco, Sonora and Mexico.
