Please help me with format for calling phones!

I am about to pull my hair out. I understand there are a variety of ways to call telephones from the US to Mexico. I hear some numbers require 001 or 01 or 044 or 011-52-1 and others.

Can someone please tell me how to place the follwoing calls:

1) US Phone calling Mexico landline

2) US Phone calling Mexico Cell Phone

3) While in Mexico, call from my AT&T Cell Phone to another Mexico Cell Phone

4) While in Mexico, call from my AT&T Cell Phone to a Mexico Landline

5) While in Mexico, call from my AT&T Cell Phone to a Caborca or San Felipe Phone

6) While in Mexico, call from a Mexcio Landline to the US.

This is so frusterating.

US to Mexico(Penasco) land line: 01-52-638-xxx-xxxx, US to Mexico(Penasco) cell phone: 01-044-1-638-xxx-xxxx, Mexico to US land or cell: 001-xxx-xxx-xxxx. I no longer keep a US cell phone so don't remember how to call US cell to anything.

Mexico to any phone = 638xxxxxxx
Don't know Caborca offhand but this should help
Jim isn't in the US much any more and is a bit mistaken
