Have any of you guys filled up on the water at the fuel dock over by the sunset cruise boats?

I'm wondering how much more they charge?

i have used both gasoline and diesel fuel there for a while with no problems. the guys are cool but be careful they {we} managed to pump 30 gallons of gasoline into a diesel boat mark and i were using. mark caught itIMG_4803.jpg or they "WE" would have filled the tank .

Anyone know exact location and hours. I have a "new" Old Boat 25' twin 150 Yamaha's. My beloved Colorado Sweetie died after 10 years of Bliss. (Damned Salt water!). Fueling is always a problem since they closed the station on Cholla thanks

the only negative side of the fuel dock that I know is their operating hours, they seem to open at :)00 A.M. and close at 5:00 P.m if you get in late you have to wait for the next day, and then you have to wait until they open

Fishman- The exact location is at the far south end of the harbor- look for the big PEMEX sign near the big sunset cruise boats.

It would be nice if they were open dawn until dusk.

So at a 10% premium in the fuel price, It would cost me about 50 bucks more per tank (150 gal), so the only way it is cheaper for me to use the fuel dock is if I need a small quantity of gas to top off the boat. Otherwise, it is still cheaper to pull the boat, gas it down the street at the Pemex on Sinaloa, and then pay the Marina guys to re-launch.

Correct. The 5pm closing at the fuel dock is a deal breaker for me. I used to keep my boat in the slip at Safe Marina and use their gas cart to top off the tank, but it was more trouble than it was worth. It's cheaper to launch every day ($15) than to keep your boat in the slip ($20) anyway.

Yes, they accept visa, but you may need to go across the street to the main office to pay. Their machine sometimes doesn't function also, I never had it not funtion for gas, but twice for slip fees.
