Breaking a little shallow but there's no question that you could ride those waves.

So far so good, very cloudy and cool, sitting outside with coffee at 7:30 am Wednesday morning it looks like it rained all night lightly very beneficial for us for sure. Clouds are moving pretty quick to the North so things could change quick. For now all is good.

Been a light rain since 5:30 this morning. So far .26 The radar shows more like this on the way.

The winds are negligible so this is really a nice deal so far. Hope it stays that way.
