New Cruise Boat?

The sea was nice and flat this morning. About 8AM or so a large boat passed by the Mirador. Looked a lot like the harbor cruise boats flat and open, had never noticed it before. It was headed SE maybe toward Bird Island. Thing that I noticed was that it was pushing a lot of water in front and along the sides. Now I'm not a sea faring guy but from what I saw it would not do well in even a modest sea let alone a rough one. Looke to me like water would be coming over the sides and front.

Was it the Eco Fun 1 ? It heads buy about that time and goes to the Myan and picks up more people, then off to Bird Island. Comes back arounf 4:00 in the afternoon. It pulls a small boat behind it to ferry people people from shore.

The Eco Fun 1 is cool deal. They will stop offshore, unhook the small boat being towed, and pick people up from shore on the east beaches. At the end of the day, they drop you off on the way back to the harbor. Can't beat service like that!

Lovin it in RP!
Might be the case but I would not want to be on it in a heavy sea.
If it was EcoFun......they sailed it up from Vallarta in super heavy seas. One of the mates remarked how well the boat handled the 13-16 foot swells. It is an awesome boat and capable of about 120 people and the crew is the best around for groups!

Well I did admit to be ignorent of sea faring principles, but I still would not want to be on it in a heavy sea based on my ignorent observations !!!

It passed right by me when I was out on my yak last week. It's a double hull rig. Granted, it was a mild day out there but it really did look super stable and a nice ride.
