Town-home development going up at 'Arizona's beach' in Rocky Point

The 1,400-square-foot, two-story, two-bedroom homes are about a four-hour drive from Tucson and appeal to people working from home permanently.

Does anyone know exactly where this is planned? On the other side of Competition Hill? Or along the coast north of Cholla Bay?

Spanish company....they looked at doing a project at both Lobos and Santo Tomas and passed......big money behind them but I sort of like it...not a tower ...they are goingto start a Kino build next year

Up the street from our house. 31 small townhouses, 7 one bedroom, the rest 2. On the lagoon. Costa Divina is also getting close to opening a model. That is between the lagoon and Cholla Bay at the south end. In general, Islas Del Mar is taking off like a rocket with 8 or 10 free standing homes under construction in Islas Conchilla at any given month.
