Sure would like to see what kind of accommodations you have. Sounds like they are wonderful based on your wife’s reaction. Post some pix when you have a chance. If you don’t mind me asking and you are willing to say, where is ur place? You mentioned it was 30 min commute from town.
I wish you all the success with this. It is a goal of mine and my wife to someday be able to have a place to call our own there.....After the kids are on their own.

I know Regies off of Freemont Blvd has a great beer supply.
Also the Super Ley. There is a new beer they are starting to sell called Indio. If you like a little darker type kind of like Pacifio, its really very good.

We found a fantastic agent in Manny Hernandez ( Rocky Point Real Estate Mexico )and he was able to find us an amazing property for just a little more than we were going to pay at Luna Blanca. Instead of the 2BR 2BA we were going to get, he found us a 3BR 3BA at Esmeralda.
