Mako 8 miles out...

We had dinner with Adolfo the Captain of the About Time and the family we put on the charter yesterday... they only hooked one fish and they hooked it twice but in two seperate and different locations a few miles apart... they fought this fish all day and it got away... but I did see their photos and a video of this fish jumping twice...

What was it..? It was a 12 foot Mako Shark and they hooked it only about 8 miles out... this thing was awesome... they are going to send me the photos... man the video of this fish jumping was phenominal... it had to be jumping at least 10 to 12 feet out of the water... freakin' awesome....

The only difference is, if you have ever eaten one of these. They love tuna and taste very good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We used to fish them off of the coast of california, where the nice houses were . There was a canyon under water or a shelf i Guess. They were hughe. Unbelievable tasting. Sorry but I like fish that can catch tuna. There is a Mako turnament in sandiego area every year.
