We are looking to rent a 1BR condo in any of the Sonoran Properties, beach front/ocean view
Will be down that week ( April 10-16th) if any has a 1BR condo available that week please let us know.
If any one has a 2BR-2Bath for sale with Ocean front/Ocean view we would be interested in that info also.
This our first time to Rocky Point and any suggestions on where to eat would be appreciated as well. Thank you!

Those are definitely not good dates to go to RP this year. That's Semana Santa - the biggest Mexican party week of the year. You will NOT get an impression of what is normal AT ALL for Rocky Point. Just sayin' . . .

I don't have a problem with that week either, but for first timers looking to buy, it wouldn't be indicative of RP in general.

I has been the busiest time of the year and has been impossible to find a rental so be aware. If yo are set on those days made a reservation as soon as you can.
