Pretty much but lots of sellers first post a sign before getting an agent.In those deals you should get by with 3% if you find it yourself and want the assurance all is done by the book. So drive around!
My wife and I are renting a 1 Bedroom AirBNB there 16-19 April so that we might experience the area and maybe get a sales pitch? Do you know if they have an In-house Agent that exclusively represents their properties? Also, would like to meet people like yourselves who can give us first hand experiences to emulate in this process. Don’t intend to be a bother in any way.
