El Golfo residents set up barricades and stopped anyone from entering. Not everyone had the documentation requested of residents causing a problem,

Conflict between the residents staffing the stop and people trying to get through. There were no law enforcement folks in evidence in the video. Apparently just locals trying to protect themselves and folks without proper ID who say they are from El GOlfo trying to go home. Difficult situation.
