What time does the voting close?

How soon are they likely to announce results? I'm betting that it isn't like in the US where the major stations seems to know the outcome even before the polls close.

It amazes me that I haven't come across any US news on the Mexican elections. You would think at least AZ would find them of major interest but in listen and reading news I haven't found anything. Of course I could be missing it too.

I heard that Kiko Monroe LOST despite absolutely blanketing the town with posters and billboards. I can say that I never noticed a single poster or billboard for the winner. PRI regains control in Penasco. They will now be after the Governor's chair too.
