Are current shot records sufficient?

While over the years “requirements” have gone from current shot records to current shots plus certificate of health, it seems to have leveled out and remained at “current shot records” over the last year or so. So far that’s been sufficient.

If they see the dog they can ask for health certificate so I always have it.
