What are they planning for Calle trece?

My understanding is that they will do about the same they have done for the Old Port, nuevas fachadas en los edificios, al igual que drenaje y alumbrado, Stuart podra volver a comer su taco favorito en la Calle 13, y nuevo asfalto, ojala que al mismo tiempo arreglen el problema de los vendedores de narcomenudeo y las amigas de Playa, perdon, me refiero a las senioritas de la vida facil!! ja, ja, ja!!
