Condo question

Looking at a few condos when I return but a disgruntled type exmember of this group told me to avoid Esmerelda,Azul and another project that was originally built by a Seattle or Portland real estate group that was then sued by the mexico construction company.He claims it had structural problems that were covered up ( like the other two) any ideas? After the Florida condo disaster it would be a consideration..any idea which project he was talking about?

I can speak to Azul, seeing it's skeleton rust for years from my Encanto casa. Supposedly engineers cleared it as sound when they resumed the construction on the structure again a few years back. No thanks.......

True. I work with a property manager who is not affiliated with the condo, but also rent direct for friends and family. If I chose to I could manage it all myself, but I don't want to hassle with the marketing, etc from Arizona.

Good luck to you but you know brother we just seem to wheel and deal our lives away.Why not just get a simple small beach house you visit occasionally and just slow it all down….books,dog with frisbee ,kids roasting marshmellows over a driftwood fire as the the night sky reveals itself?…leave the rat race to the rats…
