I never thought much of Festeringer (As in 'to fester", ) Or F. Scot for that matter. After Freud, Skinner, Tolman, Hull, Spence, Logan and a few outliers, neurobiology has taken over. I slid over there for some time till it was clear the approach was going nowhere, We had one cat with 35 electrodes in the poor creature's brain. With a good atlas of the brain, an electrode driver I could make a hair size electrode and hit a chosen spot somewhere in the hippocampus with reliability, but those tiny electric impulses sure did not tell us anything useful. It did tell ue a cat could get real mean as it put two people in the hospital in one day.

Ha, you did it, Roberto, everyone just tiptoed on by. I can't wait to hear what else this too much time on our hands self-reflection brings.

Myself, I'd have preferred that those electrodes had been put into every member of that's the team head and cranked up till they found the meaning of life and death. If nothing else, it would cut down the cats time-strapped down for another torture session.

Jerry, Roberto, Joe, and I'm leaving some out, have been friends in the real world for what Roberto, for over a decade. Jerry recently sent us an email saying that he would like to come back and what he wouldn't say if he did. I'd sure like to tell you boy's and girls what he would like to say, but I'll just leave it like that as some of you don't deserve to read it, plus it would probably get me banned too. Hey, if anyone would like to guess what he might want to say and to who all, I'd love to hear that.
