The news is out, that the first round of investors who invested in Esmerelda for a years worth of 15% interest on their money, which was the term of their investment, [now that has ended] and some are wanting their money back but they are not getting their money back. He's not paying it back!
But wait there is someone who wants to lend him a 100 million. In fact his boy Roberto was sent to check DB out and he had a preapproved letter for the loan. The Con continues.

The ads on the radio are still running non-stop. Guess it takes a LOT of investor money to advertise like that and keep the dream alive. 100 million loan, huh? He can run the con for a long time on that! Well, after he pays off those needing cash in hand in Penasco.

No, not Nana. Just concerned that people might fall for King DB's con. I listen to his program and have info on what has happened to people who have invested with IPX and are not getting their money back. I live in Az. that's all the info about myself I'm giving, who knows what he is capable of!

The cranes for the port construction are “in place”? But are in need of repair? If the concrete blocks are behind Esmeralda, how are they transporting them to site? Just curious.
I looked for the info on the HOA too and could not find anything. Someone told me that Daniel Butterfield is the Chairman of the HOA. Is that true?

As of Saturday the Zip line is up and running seems busy when I have driven by it during the past 2 weeks. The guy running the Zip line lives by me in Cholla.
No cranes at the Wrecked on the Reef. No concrete blocks being poured. Haven't seen any blocks being transported to the dock area. All info as of Sat when I drove back to Phx.

D.butt. has tapped out the Phoenix market...not one new investor at his last event. It is going to fail..just badly executed by an ego maniac who has no expertise in this kind of development. He doesn't even have a project management plan or a qualified project manager. He gave a status report to investors in Dec that is a joke.. And is riddled with spelling and grammar errors, extremely unprofessional. Seriously, a 7th grader could have done better. If anyone wants a copy I can send it to you via text. He is touting all the additional land/property he is acquiring in PP. He is going to leave quite a mess when it all goes in the shitter. Thanks for the auto correct error find Stuart.
