Accused equity stripper Daniel C. Butterfield has consented to revocation of his real estate license and the mortgage-originator license of Equistar Mortgage of St. Paul.
The order, signed July 22, was disclosed Monday by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, ending a case in which the department had accused Butterfield in a 21-count complaint. The department listed nine forms of misconduct including equity stripping, breach of fiduciary duty, incompetence, fraud, failing to provide disclosures to consumers and violating a department order to produce records.

I saw him at the Frog last weekend, sizing me up, checking out my sexy tan legs, long white hair, then made an attempt to ask me for a date.....until my wife came back to the table after a wee-wee, saw those two huge white boobs and had an instant mind change. He had on the standard issue thread bare Hawaiian shirt and a cheapo Barak-O-Bama knock-off panama hat on his balding sandy haired cabeza, whilst suckling on a stinking black knock-off Mexican "Cuban" cigar. He fed me a line of shit about "knowing all about me". My first reaction after that was where is a handy weapon just in case I have to put him out of his misery? They have some serious steel bar stools in that place with hardwood seats.

I'm wondering if he is a member of the exalted AMPI branch in Penasco. Prolly not they are all too honest, like the one that claims to be a member of the Arizona, Sonora Commission (Whatever that is ) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker when there is no such thing in Mexico.
Anyone know if JMP Realty is a member of AMPI? Cut from the same cloth and similar history.

With a tow truck following...........
Just to handle the blown out tires, bent wheels and broken axles.
I'm heading down this weekend to recover my Jeep Wrangler back to Yuma. Seems to have a major issue with the right rear axle leaking juice into the brake drum and slinging it all over the wheel well. That's due to five trips down and back on that 45 minute road trip this past winter and spring.
