I was going to comment about why a percentage are living there....but on second thought, won't!!! We certainly don't want more FBI agents visiting with extradition warrants!!! :twisted::twisted:

I plan on moving down full time by next year. I have a few business ideas and I know that the population swells to about 70,000 with the weather and drops to around 45,000 during the summer. If someone does know about the Americans I would be greatful.
