It was in a locked garage in Mirador, and the truck's alarm was on. Surprisingly, none of the locals living a few feet away heard anything, or know anything.

Sorry to hear that! Check around for chop shops! My Mexican neighbors say that a ring or a few, are stealing and chopping, for selling parts. Ya never know.

Also, you may get a call from US Border Patrol sooner or later. They steal trucks like that to crash areas along the US border with drugs!

That happened to a Canadian couple we know about 4 years ago. Their truck had drugs, and also was stripped out in the middle of nowhere in the US desert.
