Weird heat spike on Saturday
The weather station in Playa Lajolla/Playa Encanto said it was 117 around 11:00 AM. It also spiked. Then a sudden drop to 95 or so in less than an hour. Winds were 10 mph at 10:00 PM and 33 mph around 11:00 PM -

IMO it would take a lot of work for the surface. MANZY had a dirt base with a clay surface that held moisture. What would they use there? Sand with a colitiche top? I know the spelling is wrong... Just a thought. If it goes and I hope it will, I would be there to see it.
