The Health Department has tested it and it is or was Red Tide. When I saw it, it was reddish in color. Hopefully it's dissipated and now the dirty green color is the grunions which are due this time of year.

We went whale watching again - this time on the Eco fun. Went about 10 miles out and there were dozens of Fin whales. For our spring breakers (University of Pittsburgh and ASU) $35 and all you could drink was a bargain!

While it must be incredible to see all those whales in Guerrero Negro, you can take a boat out and get really close to Humpbacks and Fin Whales in Penasco, not as many but just seeing one is amazing.

As they say at Dickman's meats in Tucson: "Meat is murder: tasty, tasty murder". The only thing better than Guerro is BK carne asada in South Tucson. This makes me want to go out and buy a extra large Burrito right now!
