Halibut cheecks are awesome. They have them now at Red White and brew @ mcdowell and Power in Mesa . You won't regrett it . Also you can get them at the fish market if you ask. A little garlic butter and saute slow till almost done and remove from heat, Serve with a little drawn garlic butter...
