we have drove our rv to Playa de Oro to meet friends staying at the Mirador about 5 years ago - have never stayed anywhere but PDO. we did spend one night down in Las Dunas last spring, drove the rv down to check it out, plugged into Doug's house. that's a beautiful area there....

makes me feel sad for the rest.....

well it's a damn great idea! At this time, I'd be happy with a smoother road in and a place to plug in! that entrance road is not meant for rv's as of last spring when we drove ours down..... had 2 shelves decide to just not be shelves anymore..... all is good now.

I have made ceviche a few times - usually used scallops, flounder and shrimp. I'd wait for a chance to gather fresh seafood - then create my batch. Now I know I can go to El Rancho and buy it there, but just not the same as making it yourself. I used store-bought pico also - added a bit more...

dogs never was asked once either way (into or out of mexico) with our dog. always had the papers with us just in case - left them in the rv all the time. I think the rabies shot proof is the most important part if you did get asked.
