No, I think the river has slowed, and the hurricane is going further south.

I talked to people this morning who saw what was posted , drove from Encanto to Luna Blanca on the beach and took the Mayan road out. Not sure if they went to caborca then sonoyta or penasco then sonoyta

If yoursuv or truck can make it to Luna Blanca condos you can drive on the Mayan road to the highway

If you're going to Miramar or Dorado, unless you have a big SUV or truck, do not come! It's hard to see where the road stops, also you have to come through the Mayan entrance. The Rio Sonoyta is flowing
