This project has been on hold for i think 5 years. It's at the East end of Encanto, starts at the Y in the road and continues to the beach. Left side of the raised road before the turn to the guard shack. That is my understanding. Maybe a paved road???? .

Our guard said he was blue/purple when they got him out. He was trying to rescue his kids from the fast approaching tide at the canal deep parts, none of them could swim.

Rule # 1 is never use an AED around a wet person or wet area. Our guards at Playa Encanto are trained on CPR and use of an AED on a yearly class at the Red Cross. The AED is kept up.
