I agree. I had an electric tankless water heater, programmable thermostat, and A/C door sensors installed in my Sonoran Sun condo by Kelp Inc. and it has made a huge difference in my electric bill. My bill for 2 months during the hottest part of the year was $1400 Pesos (about $110 Dollars).

FYI, a stop sign violation is now $1200 Pesos at the station. A local friend got pulled over and went to the station to pay it. The increase in fines came as quite a shock.
