Come on now, Stuart, most people on this forum are far from being just tourists and still frequent Penasco regularly without too much worries.:notme:

    1. 'Silly buyers' falls under 'many other contributing factors'. 2. Many people bought even before the 'alleged utilities' were cobbled together for appearance, before the projects were started. Either way anyone might cut it, the situation needs fixing on a grand scale before things will...

Of course that was part of it, along with greed, deliberate fraud, incompetence, a non regulated legal climate, corruption and many other contributing factors.

Don't be too sure that the person on the balcony will not claim ownership by adverse possession, if they stay there long enough, without being challenged. No US Doollars at Ace hardware

Some do and some don't. According to my permanent Penasco neighbor, Az State FCU is one which does not charge for pesos in Penasco when using a debit card..

No US Doollars at Ace hardware

No fee, Penasco ATMs which dispense pesos from an Az/ US, $ credit union account, would now appear to the best bet, since credit card purchases can come with a 3% transaction charge.

    Pelican Observations

The length of either side of the V is random. Whether it is a V formation or straight formation is of no particular importance as long as one bird is behind the other to gain the slipstream lift advantage. The lead bird will also switch out periodically when tired.
