Peñasco ultimately has no choice but to remedy the water and infrastructure issues if in fact it wants to be player in attracting sustainable tourism and investment. There is nothing wrong with positivity as long as it comes with being realistic as to what is required to attain those goals.

It will take more than positive thinking to remedy a demonstrated water shortage in Peñasco, plain and simple.

As positive as most of us want to be regarding Peñasco, there is no way of denying that the water delivery capacity is insufficient for peak demand without some sector being denied water. If Peñasco wants to grow in any responsible manor it will have to look long term for a solution.

Does anyone actually know what the reason for the water shortage is this time around, e.g. some wells offline due to neglected periodic maintenance, failure to pay electric bills, misappropriated funds or? Serious question, thanks.
